De Competente Assistente in English

De Competente Assistente sounds really good in Dutch, it translates into The Competent Assistant. And although it doesn’t have the same ring to it in English, it does explain what I am.

Els van Geijn is the Competent Assistant and with more than 20 years experience as an assistant and a bachelors degree in Bussiness I’m well equiped to fullfill that role.

Entrepreneurs with a drive to change the world for the better make me happy. I love fixing stuff and being pro-active. I get my energy fom removing obstacles that block your path to pursue your goal.

As a Virtual Assistant I can assist you in many ways. From the more “traditional” Personal Assistant role at a distance to a more coaching role to get you focussed on the things that are important to you.

Our cooperation starts with getting to know eachother through an introductory meeting. In this meeting I will ask you about priorities, the way you would like to work and how you’re working now. I’ll also ask about the things you like doing for your company and about the stuff you hate. After this meeting I will come up with a plan that suits your needs best.

My rate starts at € 55,- per hour, excluding VAT and travel and accomodation costs. The rate depends on type of support and on the duration and size of the project.
